Our client requested we add more usable space to his backyard, so for a solution we built a 100’ long and 7’ tall Engineered GeoStone wall to give a cost effective long term solution for the slope. As a part of the job a set of steps were added for an eventual trail down to the Cahaba River after construction is completed.

Excavation
Had the privilege to help @toptierlandandtree on a lot clearing they had going. Knocked it out really fast with the right guys doing the right things. Get ready for a shoreline and erosion control project on this property!

Hardscape & Masonry
We came in and added more privacy to this backyard with a design that matches the rest of the neighborhood. After we finished the block work we applied stucco to the outside to match and it turned out amazing. Then we tore out all the gravel parking areas to match the rest of the neighborhood. These bricks really made it blend great. The guys really hustled in the heat - I say it all the time I’m lucky to have such a great group to work with.

Hardscape
We came back to seal the back patio and ended up renovating the front stoop and walkway because the client loved the way the back looked. We sealed the front and back, as well as building a pedestal for a huge planter to make it more symmetric with the other. Now all we have to do is apply a white stucco to the outside of the pedestal and put the planter in its forever home.

Hardscape
We came in and stabilized a shifting slope with a nice boulder retaining wall after moving hundreds of yards of virgin soil to get a shelf built for optimal drainage. Then in phase 2 we restored our access and site excavation with grading, topsoil & 8 pallets of sod to get the property better than we found it.
Yes, even battled the rain to stay on schedule.
